Apartments for feeling good
Our 4 apartments are of different sizes in order to satisfy all your requirements. They are new, nice and comfortable – an ideal place for relaxing and enjoying your holiday. We have just chosen natural materials for the equipment.

We are open all year.
Saturday is our day of arrival from April to November and we have weekly prices. From November to April we rent our apartments at least for 2 nights. You can arrive every day, except on Sunday. At New Year´s Eve we rent our apartments at least for one week.

- Our prices include final cleansing, linen, towels, crockery and tableware, power, taxes, use of all the facilities of our house.
- From 06/29/13 until 31/08/2013 and from 25/11/2013 to 22/02/2014 we charge for the apartment per night, a surcharge of 5.00 €.
- From the 01/01/2014 all South Tyrolean tourist accommodations musst collect the tourist tax for the community. The charge will be 0,70 € per person and day (starting from the age of 14).
- From November to April we have weekly prices.
- For a short break from November to April, we calculate the following supplements for the daily rate: for 2 nights 30%, for 3 nights 20%, for 4 nights 15%, for 5 nights 10% and for 6 nights 5%.Our prices include final cleansing (for stays of at least 1 week), linen, towels, crockery and tableware, power, taxes, use of all the facilities of our house.
- In every apartment is a fast ADSL internet access with surcharge. Because we value a healthy and radiation-free house, we decided not to WLAN.
- Do you want to arrive by train? We will be pleased to take you at the station of Merano free of charge.
- Please don’t smoke in the house as smoking in public rooms is forbidden by law. You can, however, smoke outside, on the balcony or in the garden.
- Our apartments will be ready from 3 pm. You are welcome to arrive earlier and to relax in the garden, to go swimming or to park your car and make a walk or go to the city. Please inform us if you arrive after 8 pm.
- We kindly ask you to leave the apartments until 10 am.
- We are sorry, but we do not accept animals.
- To prevent cancellation costs in case of cancellations due to illness or other reasons, we recommend taking out travel insurance. We will otherwise charge 80% of the total sum. The same applies to late arrivals and early departures.
- You can pay cash when you are here or you can make an assignment on our banking-account before you arrive.
